King of Malorn

A good story should stand on its own merits without the need for gratuitous blood and gore, overt sexual content, and what we euphemistically call ‘strong language’.


On all these counts, Annie Douglas Lima succeeds completely with her fantasy saga, ‘King of Malorn’.


We are taken on a roller coaster ride through the kingdoms of Malorn and Alasia amidst a web of intrigue, treachery, and at least one coup d’état.

Progress

With 'Short Stories Volume Three' now back from my Beta readers and put away for a while, I've been pressing on with 'Short Stories Volume Four'.


This latest anthology is now complete at around 75,000 words, and the source documents have been compiled into a manuscript waiting to be read in its first draft form.

Short Stories Volume Four

Yet another collection is well on the way to completion, with 60,000 out of a toal target of 75,000 words now committed to paper.


Thanks this time to a number of fans who gave contributed in the form of story titles.


This is something that is always a struggle, but fresh ideas provide a great source of stimulus.
